Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Industry products, technologies and techniques are constantly evolving, highlighting the importance of ongoing training.

As part of our employer obligations to the Financial Conduct Authority, Freedom to Insure is wholly committed to providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training for staff throughout your time with us.

You’ll receive a minimum of 35 hours training per year towards your CPD which can vary from professional qualifications and one-to-one sessions to focus groups and online webinars.
