Having joined Freedom to Insure eight years ago, I have worked in every department across the company, giving me a better understanding of each aspect in order to help the company move forward. I have overseen the growth of the business from a small operation back in 2012 to one of the largest brokerages in the U.K today, with plans over the coming years to take Freedom to the number one spot. We make sure it is a fun place to work for employees and that everyone has a bit of ‘Freedom’, whilst very much looking to reward hard working people. I’m grateful to work with such an amazing group and look forward to more hardworking people coming onboard to join this brilliant team and be part of our success.

Freedom To Insure has been a huge part of my working life, evolving from one of my first jobs after university to becoming the foundation of my career. I have grown through the ranks by starting in a junior role in the lead generation team to being promoted to sales, then to a senior sales consultant role through to management, and now as the Operations Manager. With over fourteen years of experience in the industry, I find that we have the perfect balance of both targets and KPI’s to the rewards for these being hit. The Freedom Family is the best way to describe the ongoing support and progression offered to all levels and abilities. I am the biggest example of this going, starting in that junior role up to reporting now only to the Directors. I measure my success now in the ability to make that happen for both current and new employees in the Freedom Family, and take pride in seeing employees at all levels succeed and thrive within the business. Whether their goals be in the job title they want, to be in a strong financial position or the feeling they have walking out of the front door at the end of the day knowing that they have done a great job, we will support them every step of the way.

My career began at Freedom to Insure seven years ago when it was a much smaller operation than it is today! After spending the last few years working in finance within a big four accountancy firm, I recently re-joined Freedom to be a part of the incredibly exciting journey the business is on. With a fantastic team, incredible development opportunities and a common goal, my honest belief is there is no limit to what the Freedom team can achieve. In the last three years the business has doubled, and then doubled again! Our goal is to keep growing and achieve even greater accomplishments.
