Freedom To Insure has been a huge part of my working life, evolving from one of my first jobs after university to becoming the foundation of my career. I have grown through the ranks by starting in a junior role in the lead generation team to being promoted to sales, then to a senior sales consultant role through to management, and now as the Operations Manager. With over fourteen years of experience in the industry, I find that we have the perfect balance of both targets and KPI’s to the rewards for these being hit. The Freedom Family is the best way to describe the ongoing support and progression offered to all levels and abilities. I am the biggest example of this going, starting in that junior role up to reporting now only to the Directors. I measure my success now in the ability to make that happen for both current and new employees in the Freedom Family, and take pride in seeing employees at all levels succeed and thrive within the business. Whether their goals be in the job title they want, to be in a strong financial position or the feeling they have walking out of the front door at the end of the day knowing that they have done a great job, we will support them every step of the way.
