Where do we start?!

Whilst we try to reward our staff in every way we can for their achievements, we understand that there are a huge amount of factors that contribute to staff happiness and well-being aside from just a pay cheque.

Company Pension Scheme
Freedom to Insure now offers an auto-enrolment pension scheme from NEST. You’ll be able to put as much or as little into this pension as you like, boosted by an additional 2.4% employer contribution on basic salary throughout.
