Company Pension Scheme

Freedom to Insure now offers an auto-enrolment pension scheme from NEST. You’ll be able to put as much or as little into this pension as you like, boosted by an additional 2.4% employer contribution on basic salary throughout.

If you’re new to pensions, we have a wealth of helpful information for employees on the importance of saving towards retirement to help you get started, and of course our brilliant HR team will always be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
